1-Caring and Collecting Customer’s Concern: From the initial point of contact and throughout their experience, our clients can expect to be treated with dignity and respect as we demonstrate our integrity. We provide the same work process for every customer on every visit. Concerns are heard and recorded along with all vehicle and owner information. To ensure transparency, customer vehicles go through a digital inspection and photos, notes, and recommendations are sent to their preferred method of communication. Xavier’s Auto Center commits to educating our clients about their car maintenance needs without fail including comprehensive itemized pricing, providing the opportunity for better decision-making for their vehicle investment. Repairs are only performed after they are authorized by the customer, and we update customers with photos containing the new parts after the repair is performed and the vehicle has been tested to ensure the concern is corrected. Regardless of the concern, each is brought to an ASE-certified technician to be checked. We go the extra mile to look after the complete vehicle using a digital inspection that checks all safety points.
2-Multi-Point Digital Inspection: This detailed process helps to show transparency in the work process done at Xavier’s Auto Center. The Digital Inspection is the best possible manner to spot every problem that could be visible in the vehicle. These problems are spotted and recorded in pictures that are attached to the inspection, along with the image and recommendations from an ASE certify technician. Each of the issues or needs of the car will be graded in colors, green(good), yellow (not urgent), and red (urgent) to inform the customer about how urgent the repair is. Our digital inspection at the beginning of every visit to the auto repair shop reduces the level of distrust and confusion, and all the answers to client’s questions are at their fingertips. The Digital Inspection helps to create a record of the car’s needs to help avoid any preventable future breakdowns.
3-The Estimate: The service advisor helps customers fully understand all the vehicle needs with the Digital Inspection. An estimate is prepared and provided through phone call, text message, and email with all the vehicle’s needs using OE and OEM quality parts and labor done by ASE certified technician.
4-Warranty: All services are completed by a professional team that uses high-quality parts and works carefully throughout the repair and maintenance process. Xavier’s Auto Center makes sure that the work performed in the vehicle is done the right way, and we offer up to three years nationwide warranty in parts and labor. We ensure the customer is investing in their vehicle proactively instead of spending on repairs reactively. Why? Because this gives value to the vehicle since this warranty could be transferable to future owners.
