No one could diagnose the issue but Xavier was able to and not only was the issue properly diagnosed it was repaired and my vehicle is running smoothly. Can’t say enough kind things about how I was treated at this shop. The whole staff was warm and informative, walking me through each step of a diagnostic process for what turned out to be chewed wires (likely due to a mouse). I appreciated the photos and videos explaining each issue, which they were able to solve in a matter of mere days, before I would have even been able to get my vehicle to a Lexus dealership. Will definitely return for routine annual inspections as well as Lexus-specific repairs. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Xavier's auto! They were upfront, professional, thorough, and did quality work. They also re-key remote fobs, which a lot of small shops don't do - there are only a few instances when you need this service, but it's super clutch (and less expensive than the dealership) when you do!

I had a lot of water damage to my car. I honestly thought my car was totaled. The gentleman here brought my car back to life !!!! I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED !!!!!

After having check engine light come on and go off a few times, we took it to Xavier’s (after not loving the previous mechanic we have gone to-not feeling confident in their knowledge of our Prius). They patiently explained the codes that came up and what each might mean and clearly had experience working with a hybrid vehicle! Solid shop. For whatever reason most shops in Philly hear the word hybrid and decline to do service. Been going to a dealership and having sub par service. Took it here and had a great experience. Got a full list of up coming services and will be returning to get it handled.

I received high quality, timely, and considerate service here. When they assessed the needs of my vehicle, I received pictures, explanations, and recommendations within the same day. Other shops were unable to meet the needs of my hybrid vehicle, but Xavier’s are knowledgeable and equipped to work with hybrid cars. Samuel provided comprehensive options by phone for various parts and was transparent about service and labor costs (which are very reasonably priced). He worked very hard to make sure my service stayed within my budget, which is not something I’ve ever experienced before. He was gracious and patient with me as I figured out payment plan options that would work for me. He even threw in a quick light fix using a part I ordered on Amazon and didn’t charge (again, something I’ve never seen before). I can’t express my gratitude enough for the level of care and respect Samuel offered me. I’ll only trust Samuel and Xavier’s with my car moving forward.

Brought an Infiniti G37x in for no acceleration and replaced throttle bodies. The car was a mystery problem for 3 other Garages and several random mechanics. Xavier’s Garage was able to diagnose and repair the Car to a great condition. They got the car up and repaired when no one else could! They kept us informed the entire time with pics, videos and explanations! Fair prices and respectful people! I would definitely recommend Xavier’s for any and all your mechanical issues. The shop manager, Luis, was extremely helpful in what I could only describe as a difficult situation. Their communication is the best I have seen...you are always informed. And their communication is modern...text, web platform, etc. The work was completed according to plan / quickly and to our satisfaction.

We called them today while stranded on the side of the road. The man, I think his name is Sam, it was a poor connection, was very nice. He had to look up our tire to see if he carried it and then called us back to tell us he didn't have it but what our options were. Our aaa tow driver came and handled the rest. Now the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because sam called me back an hour later to see if we were OK. Who does that??? Nobody!!! Unless you care about people which deserves 5 stars. Thank you sam!!

Took our 20yr old Honda here just after calling a few places I found on Google. Samuel was great to work with, explained everything and offered different approaches to fix it. We were able to get the car looked at that day and fixed the next and was honest and gave fair prices. (Definitely better than the dealership quote) He even showed me the damaged parts after replacing them just to confirm we found the source of the issue. I will come back here next time we have car troubles.

Absolutely impeccable customer service, and a very state of the art quote and photo documentation system. I took my truck in for a full Inspection, the team communicated the progress of the repairs, made recommendations and provided me with a very detailed list of urgent items, items that will need to be addressed in the future, and items which are in good shape. Overall, cannot recommend this family owned business enough. They took great care of my vehicle, and are as pleasant as can be.

I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was very nice especially Luis. He was very upfront with the costs and any possible issues that I may have with the warranty company. He kept me updated with everything that was going on and even followed up to see how my car was running. My car had gone to a couple shops but they were the ones to find out what the issue was. I had a problem with one of my windshield wipers and they fixed it with no problem.

Xavier just fixed a classic check engine light problem. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the faulty OX sensor in one day . During the work, they noticed a faulty light and worn wire harness, fixing them as a courtesy. It's nice when an unexpected repair is completed with extra service.

This was this experience I’ve been looking for. I scheduled an appointment online. The day my vehicle was to arrive I received a call from Luis letting my know how my vehicle would be inspected and the cost. From there I received a detailed inspection report which included pictures and videos. Luis’s communication was great throughout the entire process following up via call and text when appropriate. I’ve found my new shop. If your reading this review I highly recommend you give them a call.

These guys are the best! Honest, kind people that go above and beyond with their customer service. I am relatively new to the city and found them through AAA. They had the best reviews and now I see why! Highly recommend. This was one of my best experiences with an auto shop I have had hands down.

These guys do amazing work I’ve been coming to them since i was a teen to get work done on my cars. I’ve never had an issue, the guys were always knowledgeable about their work and my car. Plus my vehicles are always washed after service i definitely recommend these guys

I had a great experience at Xavier’s. I own a 1995 Mitsubishi Delica and not only were they able to get me in day-of for an inspection but knew exactly what the requirements are - even for a JDM. Their communication was top-notch and professional. I loved the text updates and results of the inspection.

Louis was the person I dealt with for my 2008 Chevy Tahoe. From start to finish Louis was professional, courteous and transparent on all the work needed with pricing. Louis dealt with my warranty and had no issue sending photos of before and after. I was really suprised by the level of service I received. They even cleaned it up which was nice touch btw. Pricey but you get what you pay for . I was not disappointed. Will definitely go to them again!

First and the most important thing I noticed when walking in was that clean bathroom. I wish every other auto shop kept a clean restroom. Everyone was great and they didnt feed me no nonsense about my wife's van. They give me the details of what needed to be fixed and what may be soon an issue. I will be going back to this place again. Top grade service in my eyes.

Where do I began 😏, I went to Xavier's to get my car inspected before winter. They did a very Thural inspection of the whole car. Then they text messaged and emailed me a link with my vehicle profile. After clicking on the link I seen every thing thats good on the car and everything that needs assistance immediately. Also while viewing the profile they were on the phone with me walking me down the list of everything that was on my vehicle profile. The things that needed immediate repairs came with a picture so you could see for yourself. The parts they use are OEM and any repair they make comes with a 2 year warranty 👍. Much respect to them and thanks for your help.

Staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had mechanical problems which several shops could not fix, apparently since it was a culmination of more than one problem the other shops to include a Dodge dealer were lost. Xaviers also did some bodywork to include painting. When I picked up the car I was completely overhelmed by how fantastic the car look

I dont get off of work until 5PM get home around 6....their shop closed at 5 one of the men waited for me to pick up my car...enough said..I'm going back

I went to this place as the owners used to be students of mine. I am so proud to see what they have become. They took care of my needs and took care of all my needs without breaking the bank! I feel they tell you what’s wrong with your car, but they do not force you to get things you do not need. The shop was clean and they have AC, free coffee and a restroom. They also followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was ok and see if there was any room for improvement! I love that customer care and love the technology and that you are able to schedule and confirm your appointment online! Keep up the good work guys!

We live in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia and the trip to take our cars to Xavier's is so worth the time and effort. They do not try to oversell or overcharge and they seem to genuinely care for their customers. So far our experiences have been 5 stars and we hope they continue to be.

After living in philly for two years i came across a lot of shady people especially when it came to my car. Everybody was just trying to get the most money out of me, but when i came to Xavier's they instantly helped me were beyond professional, very well mannered, and just all around great people. I completely trust them with any issues to my car they were fair in price and great when it came getting it done in a timely manner. Completely honest with you ive never felt like they were taking advantage of me and that stood out the most to me. Ive had my car worked on five seperate times at Xavier's and if it wasnt for me moving back to ohio theyd be the only shop in philly id go to. You need look no further then Xaviers auto center for what ever you need DONT GO ANY WHERE ELSE.

Today is the first day I've been to Xavier's Auto Center and I was treated so great! I went for an Emission and State inspection and the price was great, the mechanics were super friendly and they also walked me through the minor issues my vehicle was displaying. I would recommend this shop to anybody in the area! Kudos guys!!
